Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for European markets
- Manage and grow relationships with key hotel and DMO clients
- Identify new business opportunities and close deals
- Collaborate with global sales team on best practices
- Represent the company at European travel trade shows
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in travel or hospitality
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages a plus
- Strong understanding of European travel market dynamics
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across Europe
