About the Role

Drive sales growth and manage key accounts across European markets, focusing on hotels, destinations, and travel brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for European markets
  • Manage and grow relationships with key hotel and DMO clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and close deals
  • Collaborate with global sales team on best practices
  • Represent the company at European travel trade shows
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in travel or hospitality
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages a plus
  • Strong understanding of European travel market dynamics
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
